ICE Accreditation Awarded to Interstate Worldwide Relocation Services

SPRINGFIELD, VA, December 23, 2010– Interstate Worldwide Relocation Services, recognized for their compliance with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, will be honored with ICE Accreditation during a press conference signing held on December 22^nd at 10 AM at the location of 2675 Prosperity Avenue, Suite 400, Fairfax, VA 22031. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has developed a partnership between the government and special private sector companies to create a voluntary initiative called IMAGE, ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers.

IMAGE helps reduce opportunities for terrorists and criminals to gain access to critical worksites through verification systems and requirements. Participation in this program protects the integrity of the workforce and provides proper verification procedures and fraudulent document detection. It is designed to build relationships and partnerships to restore integrity of the immigration system of the U.S. It also helps improve relationships with businesses that are vital to U.S. national interests.

To be recognized for this prestigious award, all company employees have to be verified through E-verify and a Social Security Number verification system. Any contracted agencies utilize the same government systems for temporary labor forces. Interstate Worldwide Relocation Services and all of its subsidiaries work together with ICE to ensure compliance of these requirements to prevent misconduct and criminal actions by illegal aliens at the workplace.
